2018 promises continued advancements in technology to improve and shape the way companies are managing human capital.

Most clients utilize online enrollment systems, some with expanded features including bill reconciliation, employee onboarding and offboarding, and time and attendance tracking.

While we embrace technology for employee benefits and HR, we do understand the value of lower tech options. The data can still be collected and updated in the enrollment system by our team to reduce billing and enrollment errors when traditional paper enrollment is used. That said, after enrollment, bill adjudication and onboarding can be leveraged.

Our goal is to empower our clients for business to flourish, with support from our team throughout the year – coupling the warm human element with leading edge technology.

If you are not currently onboarding with a paperless process, offering online enrollment or utilizing an HRIS system, let’s talk. Although we are broker consultants and not techies, we can provide support and guidance and make referrals to vendors who have delivered well for other clients.
